Food planning
Emerge’s published food allowance is seven days at approximately 1,611 calories per person per day. This is a ration-planning basis, not a guarantee that it meets every person’s needs. Plan additional food and drinking water for your group and activity level.

- Sawyer Mini filtration equipment, purification tablets and water containers.
- Tent, sleeping equipment, tarp and cordage.
- Lighting, fire-starting tools, radio, navigation tools, hygiene supplies and medical kits.
- An 80L backpack; larger configurations also include 50L backpack equipment.

Learn the supplied equipment’s operation and limits, check protective-equipment fit, and obtain appropriate first-aid training. Add personal medications, documents and other individual essentials. Equipment does not guarantee survival or make every water source safe.
